We would never promise to rank you on page one for a keyword like ‘mortgage’ or ‘cats’ but we would for a more specific keyword like ‘mortgage broker in west auckland’.
Having said that he actual ranking depends on many factors, including competition, frequency of searches, age of your website, backlinks and many more things that only Google knows. 3. How long do you estimate it would it take to rank on Page One?
Our initial SEO agreement is for a six-month period. However our clients often begin to see improved results within one to two months, but it does depend on the keywords they are trying to rank for. Three to six months is a pretty safe bet, so that’s what we tell people to think in terms of.
4. Can you maintain my website’s P1 ranking?
Yes. SEO maintenance is vital if you want to keep your ranking, and also improve its position on Google. Our SEO team monitors your site and does what is necessary to keep it ranking on Page One of Google. This takes hours every month, but is absolutely necessary. SEO is not a set-and-forget activity for Page One Consultants. Without our constant SEO maintenance work your website is very vulnerable to being leapfrogged by your competitors.

6. What is the average turn-around time for a basic 6 to 10 page website, without special functionality?
The average turnaround, assuming all images and other content we need are in place, the time from initial design proposal to the website going live, would be around 14 working days or 3 weeks.
7. What is the average turn-around time for single page additions to a site?
A single page addition usually takes only 1 day to turnaround. Update work is charged at $125 per hour if we do it. However by using the Content Management System most of our clients update their own sites themselves for free.
8. What procedures do you have for data protection?
Currently all our websites are backed daily by our web host in the USA. We also back-up on a daily basis in our Auckland office.
9. Do you have a support system where we can get fast help on technical matters ( can we call you on the phone, do you have a support ticket system?)
We have a ticket system for website content issues. We can also be contacted by mobile phone at any time. We have automated monitoring from if any site goes down for some time, we are alerted by email or SMS, in which case either we fix the problem or we contact the Hosting Company.
10. What payment means do you prefer?
